REIT Cousins Properties CEO Bell to retire July 1 (AP)

The real estate investment trust named President and Chief Operating Officer Larry Gellerstedt III as CEO. Gellerstedt will remain president.
Cousins Properties also said board member S. Taylor Glover will take on the role of non-executive chairman of the board.
Shares of Atlanta-based Cousins Properties fell 7 cents to $10.23 in midday trading.
