LaSalle Hotel declares monthly dividend (AP)

BETHESDA, Md. (AP) -- Real estate investment trust LaSalle Hotel Properties said its board declared a quarterly cash dividend to be paid in monthly installments of 17.5 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid on Aug. 15, to shareholders of record as of July 31; Sept. 15 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 29; and Oct. 15, to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30.

The increase represents a 3 percent increase from the prior monthly dividend, the company said.
