Alexandria Real Estate declares dividend (AP)

PASADENA, Calif. (AP) -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. on Tuesday announced a quarterly cash dividend of 80 cents.

The Pasadena, Calif.-based company will pay the dividend July 15 to shareholders of record July 1.
