Biomed Realty Trust sets dividend of 33.5 cents (AP)

SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Biomed Realty Trust said its board declared a second-quarter dividend of 33.5 cents

The real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 30.
