Sulentic, 52, is the chief executive officer of the company's development service business and will continue to serve in that position.

He replaces Gil Borok, who served as interim chief financial officer. Borok will resume his position as executive vice president and chief accounting officer. Borok has also been named as chief financial officer of the company's Americas business.

Additionally, CB Richard Ellis named Jim Groch as chief investment officer for corporate finance and strategy. He will continue to serve as the chief investment officer for the company's development services business.

All appointments are effective March 3.
