Associated Estates Sets Dividend (AP)

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Associated Estates Realty Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents on Wednesday.

The real estate investment trust said the dividend will be payable on May 1 to shareholders of record on April 11.
