UDR Announces Dates for Second Quarter 2008 Earnings Release and Conference Call (Business Wire)

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR - News) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2008 financial results on Monday, August 4, 2008 after the market close. A conference call will be held the following day, Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. The conference call will be open to the public.

During the conference call, company officers will review second quarter performance, discuss their outlook for 2008, and conduct a question-and-answer period. The Q&A period will be limited to registered financial analysts. All other participants will have listen-only capability.
