Brand Informatics surveyed customers of more than 30 financial services companies to understand their emotional connection with their banking providers. First Tennessee scored highest on "I love my brand" among the participating financial services companies. The survey responses reveal customers love First Tennessee's one-on-one customer service, friendly and helpful employees and convenient locations.
