QCR Holdings declares quarterly dividend of 4 cents (AP)

MOLINE, Ill. (AP) -- QCR Holdings Inc. announced its board approved a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents.

The parent of Quad City Bank and Trust Co., Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust Co., Rockford Bank and Trust Co. and First Wisconsin Bank & Trust said the dividend will be paid on July 7 to shareholders of record as of June 23.
